SUMMER SPECIAL | Block book for May, June & July Wednesday classes for £75
This is a 90 minute flowing Pilates class incorporating Myofascial Training techniques.
A chance to perfect the classics and experience movement with rhythms and dynamics that differ from a typical Pilates class. You will also use spiky balls and different approaches to stretching for some much needed myofascial release giving you a sense of bodywide balance and strength. (Inspired by Slings Myofascial Training with art of motion).
