This workshop is aimed any movers out there; if you’re walking, running, cycling on a regular basis this workshop will help you find more efficiency in your gait. It’s rooted in Pilates by also inspired by Slings Myofascial Training so you can expect precise alignment in the Pilates movements, spiky ball self massage for myofascial release (targeting hard to reach spots that a foam roller just can’t hit) and dynamic movements to promote an elastic quality of movement and better resilience in your bodies tissues (great for injury prevention). Everybody’s gait is different and has is own pathway, however, the body can pick up habits over time that are detrimental. This is a highly practical workshop that aims to reset your gait so you can get more out of your movement.
N.B. this workshop is not suitable for beginners or those with fresh/acute injuries, however, smaller niggles can be accommodated.
