RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL T&Cs

You’re responsible for holding appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the retreat.
You must make us aware of anything relevant you’re working with in your body. That includes injuries past & present as well as any ongoing health conditions or illnesses.
You are also responsible for applying good judgment during the classes whilst on retreat. You will always be invited to listen to your body & make appropriate decisions on what movements are right for you & rest when you need to.

CANCELLATION POLICY

20% deposit is non-refundable (the only exception to this is if you need to cancel during a two week cooling off period from the date you make the booking)
cancellations before 26th Jan 2024 receive refund of 80% total price of your booking (all but the deposit)
cancellations before 26th March 2024 receive refund of 50% total price of your booking
in the unlikely event we need to cancel the retreat then we reserve the right to do so & in this case you will be refunded in full (including deposit)
